Here is the screen area drywalled. The beam is very noticable in this picture. Also notice the sump hole in the far right corner. We have never had water in that hole in the 7 year since the house was built, we live in a very sandy area. We decided to cover the hole with trap door, and put a water alarm in there. No need for a pump (and no place to pump it to!).
