This is a shot of the small furnace room. There is just enough room to walk around the furnace from the door on the other side. The opening that you see here will be where the A/V rack will go. There is also just enough room between the furnace and the equipment to play with cables. We'll have to see if furnace fan noise will be an issue. I don't think the heat will be a problem at all, but that will also need to be seen. Both of these problems can be fixed in the future if they pop up.
